Zootopia OC comic - Idea for Zootopia 2 ?

Peter, his OC, in Zootopia city tour, he came to the northwest part of the city, Canal District. This is one old area of ​​Zootopia , and also is home of Nick Wilde. Here he has discovered old entertaitment owned by Nick Wilde called "Wilde Times", it was abandoned after one reason that no one knows, everyone said the owner were bankrupt so he has to sell this place . Peter wants to visit inside , he has climbing onto the upper window (cheetah, climb very well, fast anymore: D). Here, while exploring, he found Nick's office and the article about the establishment of this place  and also the reasons why Nick Wilde's bankruptcy. 

These things is in early ideas of Disney about Zootopia, I just combine them together to create a story .

My friends tell me this idea is pretty good , can use to make Zootopia 2 but I don't think that it can because ... Well , you know , it's just a idea I though when saw Zootopia concept arts
