GMD-Comic-Idea : Journey in Patricall city !!

This is an idea I though out after a snap in the afternoon , in this story I met Basil in a jungle or clearly is a park of a city . This city name is Patricall city . It's a technology city with machine and everything like in the future but everyone still wearing ancient costume (even with Basil) . I only remember these 2 scenes , first is when I met Basil , I was surprised so in my dream I asked him who is he and he said he's Basil of Baker Street . The second is when Basil drove me on his helicopter which idea I think is came from the helicopter in "Oblivion" , you know , a helicopter can go up or down like whatever you want (That is so cool) . But I can't remember our destination , may be his house or somewhere else . The special is this city is Basil and everyone is NORMAL SIZE , not big or small . In fact , they are "Human" in that city , a city of mouse .
